What is a printable?
A printable is a digital version of a design which you download and print. PYP printables are emailed in the form of a PDF (Portable Document Format) file. Once you have your file you can print on demand as much as you would like.
How do I get an order started?
Visit the shop and select your design/s, add items to your cart and proceed to check out. During check out you will see a “message to seller” box, simply input your design choice, size, color/s and personalization information. If you are looking to start a custom order for something you don’t see listed, contact us through our shop or send us an email at info@printyourparty.com
I can print as much as I want for the one set price?
Yes, once you purchase your design you can print as much as you want as often as you need to.
What kind of printer do I need?
Nothing special, the average home color ink jet printer will do the job just fine!
How do I get my designs?
PYP will send your designs to you via email. Once you see it in your in box, simply click on the attachment, download and save the file. The file will now be saved to your computer to print.
What is your average turnaround time?
Generally, 2 to 4 business days however it can vary by season, you will be notified of current turn around time on your receipt. Custom designs can take up to 7 days. Keep in mind designs with extensive text such as programs and invitation suites need proofing, it is important to keep proofing time in mind and be attentive to your response time when approving proofs.
Do I have to print them myself? Can you print them for me?
PYP does not do any printing, but you can very easily email your PDF files to an online printer or to your local copy store. You can also save them to a disc and physically bring them in. Copy stores can print on a wide variety of paper stocks, label sheets for stickers, vellum, etc. We have designed our printables to yield the most possible items per page to help you save on printing expenses.
How do I make Stickers?
Simply print on full sheet labels and cut.
How do I make Water Bottle Labels?
You can print on full sheet labels or even use plain paper and a glue stick and cut but we highly recommend using water resistant label stock. Water resistant label stock is made from a durable vinyl material which has a special layer that locks down the ink so it does not bleed with condensation. Water resistant label stock is compatible with ink jet printers and is available by the sheet at PYP.
Do you sell label sheets?
We do, we offer full sheet photo gloss label stock by the sheet and water resistant label stock by the sheet; both are compatible with ink jet printers. At this time, these are the only 2 label stocks we offer. Full sheet labels in matte white and clear are readily available at most office and copy shops.
Can I change the colors and fonts?
Yes, you can change the font on any personalized design at no additional cost. Colors can be changed on most designs as well. Listings that feature the color palette offer a complimentary color change. View the PYP color pallete and font list HERE.
